Empowered by the Holy Spirit, Church on the Rock (COTR) is committed to reaching beyond our walls—into the heart of Scarborough, across the city GTA and throughout the nation of Canada, and to the ends of the earth. Our calling is clear: to proclaim the gospel to all people and lead them into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ as His disciples.

We envision a Spirit-filled church where lives are radically transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ—starting in Malvern, expanding through Toronto and Canada, and reaching the nations. Our desire is to see disciples multiplied, leaders raised, and the hope of Christ carried to every corner of the world.
